Removal: Removal will begin on the Monday following the auction close. Small items that can be carried out should be removed no later than Friday, March 6, 2026. All items must be removed by Friday, March 13, 2026, unless otherwise discussed and approved by LRG. Rigging: If you plan on doing your own rigging (operating any electrical equipment onsite), we will require (2) Copies of Certificate of Insurance. (1) Listing Location as Certificate Holder and (1) Listing Auctioneer as Certificate Holder. Must Have General Liability Minimums Of $1 Million Per Occurrence And $2 Million Aggregate. The COIs MUST be approved before you start any work on-site. Shipping: Shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility.
