Removal:  STRICT REMOVAL DEADLINE.  Removal will begin Thursday, December 18. Small items that can be carried out should be removed no later than Friday, December 26, 2025.  All items must be removed by Friday, January 9th, 2026; no exceptions or extensions will be provided. Preferred Onsite Rigger: Commercial Riggers LLC, Josh Canter, 865-964-2048, josh@commercialriggers.com Rigging: If you plan on doing your own rigging (operating any electrical equipment onsite), we will require (2) Copies of Certificate of Insurance. (1) Listing Location as Certificate Holder and (1) Listing Auctioneer as Certificate Holder. Must Have General Liability Minimums Of $1 Million Per Occurrence And $2 Million Aggregate. The COIs MUST be approved before you start any work on-site. Shipping: Shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility.
