Any company, contractor, or subcontractor performing work on site is required to be registered and approved through Avetta before beginning work. NO EXCEPTIONS Approved Rigger: RJ Industrial Recycling ​, ​Please email all questions to Jason at rigging@rjind.com Small Removals: HAND CARRY Removals will begin on the Monday following the auction close.   Small items that can be carried easily MUST be removed no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, unless otherwise discussed and approved by LRG.  Important to note that NO CUSTOMER, or their elected agents, may operate any machinery on-site of any capacity or type.   Rigging and Assisted Removals: Will not be available until after the New Year.   Another full week will be made available to coordinate Rigging and Removal by the dedicated company, RJ Industrial Recycling.  This week is likely to begin on the 5th or the 12th, but a final date will be determined within a week of the sale conclusion and an email notification of the same will be sent. Shipping: Shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility.
