All Plants are Operating Facilities: Site Visits are strictly by appointment only. Hard hats or bump caps, steel toes, safety glasses, and earplugs are required. Removal: Removal will begin on the Monday following the auction close. Small items that can be carried out should be removed no later than Friday, October 24, 2025. All items must be removed by Friday, October 31, 2025, unless otherwise discussed and approved by LRG. Rigging Requirements: All removal and rigging must be performed by qualified, insured riggers approved by the auctioneer. Buyers are not permitted to dismantle or remove equipment on their own unless specifically authorized. Air/water line utilities disconnects. Forklift licenses are required. All equipment used on-site must have inspection documentation. Rigging: If you plan on doing your own rigging (operating any electrical equipment onsite), we will require (2) Copies of Certificate of Insurance. (1) Listing Location as Certificate Holder and (1) Listing Auctioneer as Certificate Holder. Must Have General Liability Minimums Of $1 Million Per Occurrence And $2 Million Aggregate. The COIs MUST be approved before you start any work on-site.
