Removal: Removal will begin on the Monday following the auction close. Small items that can be carried out should be removed no later than Friday, August 1, 2025. All items must be removed by Friday, August 8, 2025, unless otherwise discussed and approved by LRG. Rigging Requirements: Air/water line utilities disconnects. Forklift licenses are required. All equipment used on-site must have inspection documentation. Rigging: If you plan on doing your own rigging (operating any electrical equipment onsite), we will require (2) Copies of Certificate of Insurance. (1) Listing Location as Certificate Holder and (1) Listing Auctioneer as Certificate Holder. Must Have General Liability Minimums Of $1 Million Per Occurrence And $2 Million Aggregate. The COI’s MUST be approved prior to you starting any work onsite. Shipping: Shipping and transportation are the buyer's responsibility.
